Ashley & Jonathan, Bride & Groom: It’s very hard to put into words how very special of a day our wedding was and how thankful we are for all of your efforts in sharing your beautiful home and delicious food with Jon, me and all of our friends and family. Bill, it was so nice of you to help us with our wine bottle candle dilemma and all you help throughout the wedding day. Karyn, I don’t know how you do it – maybe a lot of coffee or because you ‘re in such good shape, but to cook for that many people, have all of us where we needed to be and when, and your attention to detail --- you are amazing at what you do! Our friends are still talking about your pasta and your banana bread chicken appetizer (one said he just stayed close to them and ate about 6 or 7). I’m glad Meghee & Murphy were able to join in at the end – it completely added to our “dog flare” to the wedding. Also, your staff you have working there in the gardens and during the wedding were so nice and friendly and seemed so happy being a part of the team with you. We really can’t thank you enough – we are so glad to know you both and wish you many more memories of you great weddings at your home. |

Thank you for all that you did to make Amelia and Mark's wedding a day to remember! You even seemed to have an agreement with the weather that the rain held off until the last moments, when it arrived with a brilliant lightning display over the back hills! Amelia had thought about having fireworks; and so she did!! And, I was ever so pleasantly surprised and thrilled that you used the inside pool room. It always looked like something right out of The Great Gatsby and I loved it. Your entire home and estate were beautiful, and we have had many, many compliments!! We even had one person, whose daughter is in college and not yet thinking of marriage, say, "Well, I won't have to look for a reception site when she gets married. I just found it!!" Thank you also for allowing Mark (and company) to install the strings for the lanterns. Amelia had so wanted to have them and was very pleased. I hope someone else was able to benefit from the strings afterwards. The food was also delicious and beautifully presented. I don't know how many people commented on the hors d'oeuvres and meal, but they are more than I can count. Those who had the vegan (vegetarian) option were particularly complimentary, since it is so rare to have it offered, and it was delicious. Thank you for doing that. |
